The Jabra Cruiser is one of my new favorite toys that I have recently aquired. I am the type of person who
hates having a bluetooth attached to my ear at all times. The Jabra Cruiser makes driving that much more pleasurable! Why? First off – I can blast music via bluetooth right from my iPhone to my Jabra and then through to the radio. This was a huge sell for me when looking at Bluetooth speaker phones for my car. On top of that I am notified when someone is calling me and I can speak to them right through the device. The audio of the caller is palyed through my speakers in my car, allowing me to not have any hearing related issues.

When fully charged this device will last up to 14 hours talk time with 13 hour standby time. The speakerphone sleeps after 10 minutes: To wake up, simply tap the main answer button – this really helps to preserve the battery power.

The device will say the name of the caller or number of who is calling while either listening to music or not.

A great toy for those who love communicating and listening to music! #win

One of my favorite sessions was ‘Improving Your Photography’ by a good friend @kk – His tips and experiences definitely were soaked up by the eager crowd that attended his session. He also held his first book signing – His newest book about iPhone Photography- is just full of great photos and information around the topic.

Besides that I was quite excited to receive some free tickets to any Cirque du Soleil show. This was thanks to @cirque on Twitter being smart enough to offer bloggers free tickets to any Cirque show in LV. We decided to see Viva Elvis at Aria. The show was more than amazing! The best part about the show was that there was no Elvis, the show was dedicated to tell the life story of Elivs. My favorite scene was the comic book characters – representing Elvis’s love for comics. The acrobatics in this scene were just outstanding! I definitely need to bring my Mom to this show.

Another favorite moment at Blog World was the Social Media House 4. This house is put on by the great crew at Social Media Clubhouse. For those of you who don’t know – most States have  Social Media Clubhouse representation. There goals are to help educate people in the subject and hold meetups that enable people to share experiences, wins and losses in social media.  This year at Blog World they rented the most amazing house- used for networking, swimming, working and relaxing. I met more than a handful of people at this venue. The pool was just OUT OF THIS WORLD!

I think the moment topped it all was the Hofbräuhaus Dinner & Drinks with IZEA. With new and old friends sitting down at Hofbräuhaus for the World’s most delicious German food. The beers were flowing the Paddles were paddling. I’m not sure where all the pictures from this event went .. but it was classic. I 100% recommend going here if you are ever in Vegas. It’s just so much fun, you can’t go here and not have fun-it’s impossible.

Overall it was great to see old faces and meet some new ones. I learned that I should never stay in Vegas for more than 5 days at a time. He he he..

Soooo… Apple decided to leave one of their new iPhone toys at a bar. While others laugh and point at this event, I simply see it as a marketing tactic.
I believe the next day, Apple reached an annual high with their stock. Anyway, I am more than excited to get my hands on one of these devices. I have for the past three phones, stood in line with other Apple fans, waiting hours to get my hands on the newest version of the phone.

Just last week I was on MSN with some of my Grad school friends. We were talking about how we drove over to the States from Vancouver, BC. Ran into the closest AT&T store and dropped $800 dollars on the first iPhone. Of course then we had to drive back to Canada, open a Rogers account and then try and Jail Break the phones.

One by one we slowly jail broke each phone. It was done, we were all in love.

Now with the 4th generation iPhone coming out. It’s overwhelming to see the amazing improvements with this device.

One of the greatest features in my opinion is the new Gyroscope, which was presented at WWDC by Sir Steve Jobs.

He stated that the iPhone 4G will feature a 3-axis (not 2-axis) gyroscope that will boast a pitch/roll/yaw.

Of course there is also the amazing video calling feature. Apple showcased that even though the device needs wi-fi in order to function, that there was still very valuable and exciting use cases. The video below really outlines the potential :
